How do I place an order?
Simply choose meals from the categories and check out. It’s that simple.

Do the meals come fresh or frozen?
Our meals are delivered fresh, never frozen — ready to heat and enjoy.
How long do the meals last?
Meals stay fresh for 7 days, the 7th day is the freeze or eat day.
Are there any Halal meal options?
No halal option right now, but we’re planning to create delicious halal recipes in the near future. For now, you can choose from the rotated weekly meal options available.
Heating
How do I heat the meals?
Meals come fully cooked. Just microwave for 2–3 minutes, or until heated through. (Times may vary depending on the appliance.)
Delivery
What areas do you serve?
Our primary service area is Phoenix, Arizona. Delivery options are outlined at checkout for eligible neighborhoods as part of weekly meal plans.
When will I receive my meals?
We deliver every Sunday between 2 PM – 6 PM.
